- falsehood: noun: a lie or an untruth. Antonym: truth. Sheila's claim that she met a movie star when she visited Los Angeles turned out ot be a falsehood. She merely saw a famous actor in a restaurant.
- navigate: verb: to steer or direct the course of a ship or an aircraft. To navigate a ship in heavy for is difficult because you can't see where the ship is headed.
- kindling: noun: dried twigs or small pieces of wood used to start a fire. The boys had to search the ground for kindling before they could build a campfire.
- domestic: adjective: 1. related to the home or family. 2. tame; not wild. Although I enjoy most domestic activities, I hate cleaning up after our domestic ferret.
